Care Instructions:

Hand wash in luke warm water using a gentle detergent and rinse out. Place in washing machine for a quick spin to allow excess water to drain. Stretch to size. Hang or lay flat on a towel to dry. Steam to remove any creases.

About Cecilie Telle:

Norwegian - born and London - based, Cecilie Telle is a knitter, felt-maker, designer and teacher.

Her lifelong relationship with wool and handwork began as early as age five when she learned to knit.

“I have a love of traditional crafts. Handmade functional objects are often constructed in such a clever way. Each object is unique and reflects the presence of its maker: in a sense, the imperfections and choices we see remind us of what it is to be human.”

Cecilie created her knitwear label in 1998, following the birth of her first daughter. She believes in taking time and care over how every piece is made, moving away from mass production. Every item is handcrafted and finished in her studio in North London.
